Three phase motors

ROTOR

AXIS & Stuifmeel manufacture a large number of IEC normalised 1 and 3 phase motors under its own label. These quality motors can be supplied mounted on a foot or a flange and are available in capacities from 0.09 to 15 kW with speeds of 750, 1000, 1500 and 3000 revolutions. As a option they can be equipped with brake, 2nd shaft end, forced cooling, CSA or EEX.

Three phase/direct current motors

MINIMOTOR

The Minimotor, available on a foot mounting or flange mounting, is a small motor well worth seeing. The capacity ranges from 9 to 270 Watt and couples to 90Nm. Various mounting and electromechanical options are possible such as a brake mechanism or pulse generator. The motors are available as AC and DC versions. There is also a special version available that is suitable for the food sector. The sealed housing and the special food grade coating make this motor suitable for areas where it is exceptionally humid or where fine-grained substances or products in powder form are used.

Drum motors

AXISDRUM

AXISDRUM drum motors are used in many different applications. In transport installations, baggage claim carousels, cash registers and fitness equipment for example, a drum motor is a very frequently used drive. There are three different diameters available: 84 mm, 113 mm, and 135 mm in various lengths ranging from 246 mm to 1200 mm. Of course, depending on the application, there are many capacities available (up to 0,75kW). Depending on the design chosen, the peripheral velocities range from 0.08 tot 1.25 m/second. The built-in short-circuited armature motors are thermally protected and available as 1x230 Volt, 3x230 Volt and 3x400 Volt motors. A connection with a 9-wire cable is also possible. The cylindrical drum is made of aluminium as standard and is optionally also available in anodised aluminium or stainless steel. All AXIS drum motors are classified in insulation class F and protection rating IP66.  The stainless steel model is classified in protection rating IP68. So if you are looking for a powerful motor that takes up little space and which must meet the highest demands as regards voltage, rotational speed and dimensions, then the AXISDRUM drum motor is the right choice.

Synchronous motors

ROTEK

ROTEK synchronous motors are mostly directly available from stock with revolution ranges from 1 to 1,500 revs/min and torque ranges from 28 to 1,400 Ncm. They are self-starting, not sensitive to jamming, and maintain a self-holding torque during power failures. ROTEK synchronous motors are delivered flange-mounted as standard.
