AXIS Planetary gear
AXIS & Stuifmeel
Because of the growing demand for high-quality servomotors, AXIS & Stuifmeel meets the customers‘ wishes in supplying complete servo solutions. That is to say, the AXIS Planetary gear series is available in various casing sizes, namely LR50, LR70, LR90 and LR120, and a torque up to 200 NM can be provided. Of course there are different transmission ratios available between 3:1 and 100:1 in a one or two stage version. The durable, hardened and carefully treated toothing is installed directly in the solid housing and thereby also ensures low-noise running and very small play (<12 minutes).
(DC) Motor reductors
BOCKWOLDT
BOCKWOLDT produces 1, 2, 3 and 4-stage motor reductors in more than 11 standard casing sizes, with capacities from 0.09 kW to 55kW inclusive and fixed revolutions between 0.6 and 1000 rpm, 400/690 Volt 50Hz. The drives are also available with a pole-reversible motor whereby two different numbers of revolutions are available. Also available in mixing gear design and/or as IEC reduction gearbox for IEC norm flange motors.
Flat (slip-on) reductors
BOCKWOLDT
The slip-on gear reducer with parallel shafts has compact dimensions and a space-saving design. Available in 7 housing sizes up to 4750 Nm. Complete with motor up to 50kW or as flat gear reducer with a free or hollow driven shaft. In combination with an external flange, reaction rod or B3 feet, these compact reductors are easy to deploy. Also available as reduction gearbox for the building of motors conforming to IEC regulations.
(DC/AC) Motor reductors
MINIMOTOR
The motor reductors from Minimotor are small and reliable; because of their appearance they may be seen on your machine. In the range of straight line reductors a nominal torque of up to 90Nm can be achieved.
There also axial versions available. Many fitting and electromechanical options are possible and are available in both AC and DC versions.
Synchronous motors/reductors
ROTEK
ROTEK synchronous motors - available directly from stock - can reach a number of revolutions from 1 to 1,500 rpm and a torque range from 28 to 1,400 Nm. They are ‘self-starting’, impervious to blocking and provide a self-holding torque during powerless states. ROTEK synchronised motors are delivered in flange-mounting versions as standard and, depending on the design, have a 1, 2, 3, or 4 stage gear reducer with polished toothed wheels and sintered bronze sleeve bearings. This guarantees a long and problem-free life span and extremely quiet running characteristics.
